A. Undergraduate
For High School Graduates
     1. Must be a high school graduate
     2. Must have a GWA in high school of 85% or better
     3. Must be physically and mentally fit 
     4. Must be of good moral character 
     5. Must have an at least average qualitative interpretation of CQE, and
For Transferees
     1. Must be physically and mentally fit 
     2. Must be of good moral character 
     3. Must have an at least average qualitative interpretation of CQE
- Transferees are not accepted during the 2nd Semester.
For Shifters
     1. Must submit application letter 1 month before the scheduled 1st day of enrollment
     2. Must have at least GWA of 2.65

*Acceptance of students will be based on rank or quota system
IF QUALIFIED, submit the following during enrollment:
     • Medical Slip
     • Form 138
     • Certificate of Good moral Character
     • Transfer credential and True Copy of grades (for transferees only)

B. Graduate School
     1. Must submit Application for Admission
     2. Must submit transfer credential and Transcript of Records (OTR) from last school attended, OTR only if BSU graduate (GPA=2.50 or better)
     3. Two (2) letters or recommendations from previous instructors
     4. Study program/thesis topic
     5. Application Fee
     6. Study Permit: for foreign students:
IF QUALIFIED, submit the following during enrollment:
     • Medical slip
     • Transfer credential from last school attended or a photocopy of Official Transcript of Records,  if BSU graduate
