Program Objectives: Undergraduate

Bachelor of Science in Biology (BS Bio)
1. Develop an in-depth understanding of the basic principles governing the science of life;
2. Develop and utilize techniques/procedures relevant to biological research work in laboratory and field settings;
3. Carry out basic mathematical and statistical computations and use of appropriate technologies in the analysis of biological data; and
4. Extend knowledge and critically assess current views and theories in various areas of the biological sciences.

Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science (BSES)
The curriculum aims to develop environmental professional who are highly competent in:
1. Demonstrating broad and coherent knowledge in understanding in the core areas of Environmental Science;
2. Generating scientific knowledge and techniques needed in understanding and monitoring environmental quality;
3. Disseminating effectively the knowledge pertaining to sound environmental protection, conservation, utilization and management;
4. Generating new knowledge and innovation related to environment;
5. Integrating knowledge and skills with the right attitude and values in analyzing local, national and global environmental issues and problems; and
6. Applying holistic and rational structures approach and sustainable development principles in the protection, management and conservation of the environment and natural resources.

Bachelor of Science in Chemistry (BS Chem)
The graduates of BS Chemistry should be:
1. Demonstrate broad and coherent knowledge and mastery of the core areas of chemistry: inorganic, organic, physical, biological, and analytical
2. Generate scientific data through standard laboratory tools and procedures involved in chemistry and the use of chemical instrumentation in analytical and synthetic work
3. Generate solutions for chemistry problems using current disciplinary and interdisciplinary principles
4. Participate in the generation of new knowledge or in research and development projects;
5. Preserve and promote "Filipino historical and cultural heritage" (based on RA 7722)
6. Abide with professional, social, and ethical responsibility in the industry 
7. Support "national, regional and local development plans." (RA 7722)
