Admission Requirements

BA HISTORY
A. Freshmen Students
*A graduate or a candidate graduate of Senior High School (all tracks).
*High School Graduates (Old High School Curriculum)
*ALS/PEPT Completers eligible for college admission
*A general weighted average (GWA) of at least 80%. 

B. Shifters
For shifters, grades from previous course shall be evaluated for admission to the program. 

C. Transferees
A certified true copy of academic records/ transfer credentials and a certificate of honorable dismissal. 
A passing rate of validation/equivalency assessment taken. 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Qualifiers must pass the interview process conducted by the colleges
• Co-curricular and extra-curricular involvement in Senior High School may be considered by the college in the qualification of the applicant

BS PSYCHOLOGY
APPLICANTS MUST BE:
A. Freshmen Students
• Senior High School Graduate
• High School Graduates of the of the Old High School curriculum who did not enroll in any degree program in any other school after graduation from high school
• Grade 12 as of application period
• ALS/PEPT Completers eligible for college admission

GRADE
• General weighted Average (GWA) must be 86% or better
• Grades for English, Math and Science must be 86% or better

MASTER OF ARTS IN SOCIAL STUDIES

Requirements: 
A. Photocopy of Official Transcript of Records (OTR). PhD applicant needs to attach OTR for Undergraduate and masteral. Include contact number and email address of the school registrar. For non-BSU graduate, please request a Certificate of Transfer Credentials from the last school attended
B. Recommendation from two (2) former professors (please use the GS Standard Recommendation Form). 
C. Certified Service Records for those who are employed.
D. Certification of English proficiency. This is required only for applicants from countries where English is not the medium of instruction and/or not the native language.
E. Duly notarized Sworn Declaration and Authorization (for foreign Student applicant only).

APPLICATION FEE: (PhP100.00)
DEADLINES for Application: June 30 for 1st Semester (August) admission, November 30 for 2nd semester (January) admission, and May 15 for Midyear/Summer (June) admission.
