The Visayas State University (VSU), headed by Vice-President for Research, Extension, and Innovation and Regional Agri-Aqua Innovation System Enhancement (RAISE) Program Leader Dr. Maria Juliet C. Ceniza, visited Benguet State University on August 15, 2023, to learn from the best practices of the offices under the RAISE program in the Cordillera Administrative Region.

Dr. Ceniza led the Program Management Team of Eastern Visayas and other Regional Agri-Aqua Innovation System Enhancement (RAISE) projects team and gathered best agricultural research and technology management of BSU offices, including the BSU-Agribased Technology Business Incubator/Innovation Center (ATBI/IC), Intellectual Property Rights Office (IPRO), and the Cordillera Consortium for Agriculture, Aquatic and Resources Research & Development (CorCAARRD).

Among those who joined the discussion with the visiting team were ATBI/IC Director and RAISE-CAR Program Leader Dr. Ruth C. Diego, IPRO Director Dr. Cynthia D. Garambas, and OES Director Anna Cris L. Langaoan.

Afterward, the visitors visited the Cordillera Consortium for Agriculture, Aquatic and Resources Research & Development (CorCAARRD), where they met its director, Dr. Janet P. Pablo, and her team.
