February 21, 2024| K Krishna Kishore, director of Heirloom Seedlings and Plants Pvt LTd in India, paid a courtesy visit to Benguet State University President, Felipe Salaing Comila at the Office of the President. He was accompanied by his wife, Sunitha Kishore and Jennilyn Castañeto of the DA Bureau of Agricultural Research.

Krishna Kishore came to the University to introduce the technology and methods in growing crops and managing soilborne diseases in crop production. 

They were received by Teresita D. Masangcay, director of Northern Philippines Root Crops Research and Training Center, and other staff and visited the NPRCRTC’s research projects on potato, sweetpotato, and purple yam. They also discussed a possible collaboration with BSU.//EBawayan
