Faculty, staff, and students of Benguet State University (BSU) came together to showcase their talents and creativity during the Everlasting Festival held at the BSU Gymnasium on September 28, 2023.

The event is among the highlights of the week-long celebration of the institution's 107th Foundation Anniversary, which celebrates the artistic and creative abilities of the BSU community.

Performers showcased their dancing, singing, and acting skills, which elicited cheers and applause from BSU employees, students, and guests gathered to witness the presentations.

Moreover, a remarkable event took place as they introduced the giant "Everlasting Cake," which measures an impressive 9 feet in width by 18 feet in length. This cake was cut into 4,660 servings and distributed to students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

According to Rodeliza Flores, a member of one of the BSU Foundation Anniversary Working Teams, the cake was conceptualized to show the community and other stakeholders that the University has “everlasting” services.
