Bataan Peninsula State University Faculty Association visits BSU

Twenty-two Faculty Association Inc. officers of the Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) visited Benguet State University on March 7, 2024 to learn from the best practices of the BSU Faculty Club Incorporated (FCI).

BSU FCI President Darwin Basquial along with Vice President Julie M. Binaldo-Velasco and College of Engineering Representative Almon B. Bokilis welcomed the visitors at the RSDC Hall.

Basquial and Velasco shared the best practices, programs, plans, and challenges of the association with the visitors and answered their inquiries. Emphasizing the importance of inclusivity, Basquial expressed that some activities and programs of the FCI should cater to both teaching and non-teaching personnel of the University. In exchange, BPSU FAI officers also shared their best practices and initiatives with the BSU team.

Both associations expressed their gratitude for the learnings that they can adopt and looked forward to possible collaborations.
