The University offers affordable undergraduate and graduate education in agriculture, education, forestry, health science, physical and social sciences, and the arts. It also offers short courses in selected fields such as agroforestry, entrepreneurial and automotive technology.

It is the only institution in the Philippines that offers curricular program in semi-temperate agriculture in view of its climatic condition. Indigenous knowledge are integrated in its academic courses and other functions as it is located in the Cordillera where most of the people belong to cultural communities.

A total of 313 faculty members and 273 support staffs serve the University' s average enrollment of 7,000 students per semester including foreigners.
