The library provides quality service and collections that support the teaching, research and scholarship activities of the University.

     The University Library endeavors to support primarily the students, faculty, staff of the Benguet State University and also caters to all university constituents and outside researchers. It is organized in three study subsystems namely:

     User Education and Services System which lends books and provide reference, research and bibliographic services; maintains and preserve book, documents and other library resources, undertakes user education program and maintains computerized database applications.

     Technical Services System provides and formulates standard acquisition, cataloging and indexing policies and procedures; and

     Administrative Services System which provided support to the functional unit of the library and opportunity for personnel advancement.
