Rangtay is a bi-annual publication of the BSU Extension Services. It aims to bridge the Benguet State University with its clientele through technology and information exchange. The extension office hope that research breakthrough of the University be made available on time for the use of farmers, students, extension workers, researchers, and other stakeholders in the field of agricutlure. In this glossary are about 600 agricultural terms used for farming activities in the Cordillera Region. These term relate to crops and animals grown, farm tools, and implements used, climatic condtition prevailing in the locality, and pests incidence among others, and are written in seven Cordilleran languages (along with English, Tagalog, and Iloko). |
