The Office of the University President
The administration of the University shall be vested in the University President who shall render full-time service. The president shall be appointed by the Board of Regents upon the recommendation of a duly constituted search committee. The President shall oversee the overall administration of the University and through the Chair of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), submit to the Office of the President of the Republic of the Philippines, the Senate, and the House of Representatives, a detailed report on the condition, programs, and needs of the University on or before the 15th day of the second month after the opening of regular classes of each school year.
