BSU Buguias campus held its 11^th Collegiate and 40^th Secondary Commencement Exercises with NEDA-CAR Director Juan B. Ngalob as the speaker.      The director challenged and encouraged 169 graduates with his seven point agenda that includes setting a definite goal or vision, having an attainable master plan, building linkages, keeping in touch with ethnic roots, taking care of finances, having a strong faith and knowing that education is a continuing process

.      University President Rogelio D. Colting confirmed and awarded the diploma with BSU Buguias Executive Dean to the graduates composed of 117 secondary, 20 post secondary and 32 four-year degree programs. Alumni President Jesson Y. Del-amen also administered the alumni pledge to the graduates and inducted them as new members of the BSU Alumni Association, Inc. Racquel G. Tino and Junalyn G. Matunno was the class valedictorian for Agriculture and Trade.

     Prior to the Commencement Exercises was the Promotional Program last March 28 graced by DOST Director for Mountain Province Norberto M. Cobaldez as the keynote speaker. Director Cobaldez admonished the students from the 1^st to 3^rd level to always be optimistic in life to be successful in every endeavor. During the affair, ten faculty members were also given loyalty awards. They are Felicismo Bugaoisan -40 years ; Virginia Kebeng-35 years; Nelin Dulnuan, Gregoria Lampacan & Remedios Sipi-an, 30 years; Joe Sumacbay 25 years; Jovito Aluyen, Esperanza Pecay & Agosto Oloan 25 years. Classes for S.Y 2008-2009 will open on June 9.
