Agricultural Engineering Board Passer
10.23.07 - Engr.RMTiwaquen, Jr./CEAT

     The professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) announces that 205 out of 462 passed the Agricultural Engineer Licensure Examination given by the Board of agricultural Engineering in the cities of Manila, Baguio and Cagayan de Oro last August, 2007. Of that 205 successful examinees, 15 out of 36 examinees from Benguet State University passed the said licensure exam, which gives the BSU a 42% passing rate this year.

     The 42% passing rate to which BSU-CEAT has obtained with regards to the national passing percentage of 44% shows that our school is at par or more competitive in terms of agricultural engineers with other state universities. Furthermore BSU-CEAT is one of the five universities with the number of examinees exceeding 25.

     The successful examinees are:

     The College of Agricultural Engineering and Applied Technology, in its dedication to produce more successful examinees in the future is in the process of standardization and modernization the quality of education and laboratory equipment the college has at the present under the steward of our new college dean Engr. Edgar M. Molintas.
