Japan-based Terumo donates sphygmomanometers

BSU is one of the 120 schools in the region identified by Terumo Corporation to be the recipients of digital sphygmomanometers from the Terumo Corporation, Japan.

Two pieces of the device were turned over to the University by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI-CAR) through its Benguet Provincial Director, Ms. Freda M. Gawisan assisted by Ms. Sheila S. Cayanan on August 13, 2012. Top University officials led by BSU President, Dr. Ben D. Ladilad, received the donations.

Through the donation, Terumo Corporation intends to contribute to the development of health care facilities of the recipient schools. The recipient schools are where the company has been directly hiring graduates.
