      To fulfill its vision to become a premier State University in southeast Asia, Benguet State University continues to strengthen and expand its network of international partners. Through the years, BSU has been able to forge collaborations with universities and agencies in Australia, Belgium, India, Japan, Korea, Peru, Taiwan, Thailand, USA, Vietnam and International Organizations based in the Philippines.
