Student Housing Unit

More than providing shelter to the students, the Ladies’ and Men’s Dormitories also provide a healthy atmosphere conducive for study, social interaction and group living. It is a home away from home. The dormitories are used also during semestral breaks and summer vacation by accommodating the needs of transients who have their meetings, trainings, seminars, conferences, conventions or other functions within the University or nearby places.

Dormitory Capacity:
1. Ladies’ Dormitory: 172 residents
2. Men’s Dormitory: 125 residents
3. Graduate School Dormitory: 34 residents

Dormitory Rates:
1. Undergraduate Students (enrolled for the regular semester)
• PhP 125.00 monthly (or PhP 625.00 in one semester to be paid in full upon acceptance)
2. Graduate School Dormitory
• PhP 600.00 for one graduate school student per month.
• Php 1,500.00 for one foreign student/faculty/staff per month
3. Transients
• Php 125.00 each per night (with beddings)
• Php 100.00 each per night (without beddings)
