Goals:
1. To provide language courses to both foreigners and locals wanting to acquire literacy and proficiency

2. To strengthen cultural relations and promote the programs of Benguet State University worldwide

3. To offer comprehensive review and provide assistance for international assessments of English as a foreign language. 

Mode of Study:
IFELP (one month)
Option 1:  Individualized instruction (1 student per teacher)
Option 2: Pair-Peer Instruction (2 students per teacher)
Maximum of students per batch = 15 to 20 trainees

TESOL Training Program (Ten Days)
Max. no of Students= 15 to 25 trainess

EAPP (one to three days)
Seminar Type for student
Maximum no. of Student = 50 to 100

English Language Course Online (ELCO)
Individualized and modular scheme

Study Permit:
Prospective students may apply for a 9A VISA good for 59 days at the Philippine Embassy in their respective countries. In effect, they will only need to apply for a Special Study  Permit (SSP) at the Philippine Bureau of Immigration and Deportation. In addition, a notorial fee and Notice of Acceptance fee will be charged by the offices concerned.

Institution paying the Special Study Permit (SSP) and visa extension fee are advised to allow their students to hand carry the money to facilitate transactions with the Immigration Office in the Philippines.
