Requirement for Admission

Graduate Program:

• Application/Information Sheet
• Two (2) 2"x2" recent ID picture
• Transcript of Records (GPA= 2.50 or better)
• Two (2) letters or recommendations from previous instructors
• Study program/thesis topic
• Application Fee
• Study Permit: for foreign students

Undergraduate Program:

• Must be a high school graduate
• Must have a GWA grade in high school of 80% or better
• Must be physically and mentally fit (Medical Certificate)
• Must be of good moral character (Certificate of good moral character from principal and two (2) 2"x2" recent ID pictures
• Must have an IQ of at least 80 assumed from the result of CQE, and
• Must be willing to render 8 hours solid work in the CF within the 1st Semester upon enrollment 

Shifters/Transferees

• Must submit application letter 1 month before the scheduled 1st day of enrollment
• Must submit True Copy of Grades/Official Transcript of Records, College Clearance/Copy of Honorable Dismissal and two (2) 2"x2" recent ID pictures
• Must have an IQ of at least 80 assumed from the result of QCE
• Must have at least GWA of 2.75, AND
• Must be willing to render 8 hours solid work in the CF within the 1st semester upon enrollment

* Transferees are not accepted during the 2nd semester.

Foreign Students (additional requirements):

• Student Visa
• Official Transcript of Records in English
• Notice of Acceptance (NOA)
• Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
• Result of TOEFL where English is not the medium of instruction
• Two Latest colored photo ID (2" x 2")
• Other requirements by the Bureau of Immigration


* Notice of Admission (NOA) - Given to incoming students who have taken and passed the entrance examination.
