Admission Requirements
- Highschool average grade of 80% or better, 85% for transferees.
- Must take the BSU-College Qualifying Exam and meet the cut-off set by the college for the current school year.
- Must not have deciencies (incomplete, dropped, failed) in courses previously taken (for transferees).
- Form 138 (for freshmen)
- Transfer of credentials or honorable dismissal (for transferees)
- Certification of good moral character from previous school.
- Accomplished application form
- NSO birth certificate
- NSO marriage contract (for married women)
- Two latest 2" x 2" photo ID (colored).
